By downloading and using MaestLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

MaestLog is provided for personal, non-commercial use to track and manage your classical music concert attendance. You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Premium features require subscription purchase. Some features may require Apple ID sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Premium Plan subscription provides access to premium features including background customization and AI image analysis. Available as monthly or yearly subscription (pricing available in App Store). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription auto-renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime - manage or cancel via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

AI IMAGE ANALYSIS (Premium Feature): Premium subscribers can upload concert ticket and program images for AI-powered data extraction using Google Gemini API. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Images are sent to Google Gemini API for processing
• Images are processed temporarily and NOT permanently stored
• We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of AI extractions
• You are responsible for verifying extracted information for accuracy
• Uploaded images should not contain sensitive or confidential information beyond concert details
• You retain all rights to images you upload
• Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the AI processing: https://policies.google.com/terms

All concert logs and personal notes you create remain your property. You retain all rights to your content. The app interface and design are owned by MaestLog.

You may not: (a) use the app for commercial purposes without permission; (b) reverse engineer the app; (c) use the app to violate any laws; (d) upload malicious content.

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MaestLog and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

The app is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss.

FORCE MAJEURE: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, pandemics, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, failures of third-party services (including Apple services, RevenueCat, Firebase, or Gemini API), or government actions.

EU CONSUMER PROTECTION NOTICE: For consumers in the European Union, this limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law. Mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection laws take precedence over these terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

We may revise these terms at any time. By continuing to use the app after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

GOVERNING LAW: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

JURISDICTION: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS: Notwithstanding the above:

• For consumers in the European Union: EU consumer protection laws and regulations take precedence where they provide greater protection
• For consumers in California: California consumer protection laws (including CCPA/CPRA) apply where they provide greater protection
• For consumers in other jurisdictions: Local mandatory consumer protection laws take precedence where they provide greater protection

ARBITRATION (Optional): The parties may mutually agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration instead of litigation. Such agreement must be made in writing after the dispute arises.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
