By downloading and using MaestLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

MaestLog is provided for personal, non-commercial use to track and manage your classical music concert attendance. You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Core concert logging features are available without a paid plan. Some optional features, such as ad removal purchase restoration, may require Apple ID or App Store purchase verification. You are responsible for your account activity.

MaestLog offers an optional non-consumable one-time purchase to remove ads. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The purchase does not auto-renew. You can restore purchases in the app or review purchase history from your Apple ID.

AI image analysis is available to all users. Free users may be asked to watch a rewarded ad before each scan, while users who bought ad removal can skip that ad. By using AI image analysis, you acknowledge that:

• Images are sent to Google Gemini API for processing
• Images are processed temporarily and are not permanently stored
• AI extraction may not be perfectly accurate
• You are responsible for verifying extracted information
• Uploaded images should not contain sensitive or confidential information beyond concert details
• You retain all rights to images you upload
• Google terms and privacy policies apply to AI processing: https://policies.google.com/terms

All concert logs and personal notes you create remain your property. You retain all rights to your content. The app interface and design are owned by MaestLog.

You may not: (a) use the app for commercial purposes without permission; (b) reverse engineer the app; (c) use the app to violate any laws; (d) upload malicious content.

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MaestLog and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

The app is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss.

FORCE MAJEURE: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, pandemics, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, failures of third-party services (including Apple services, RevenueCat, Firebase, or Gemini API), or government actions.

EU CONSUMER PROTECTION NOTICE: For consumers in the European Union, this limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law. Mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection laws take precedence over these terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

We may revise these terms at any time. By continuing to use the app after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

GOVERNING LAW: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

JURISDICTION: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS: Notwithstanding the above:

• For consumers in the European Union: EU consumer protection laws and regulations take precedence where they provide greater protection
• For consumers in California: California consumer protection laws (including CCPA/CPRA) apply where they provide greater protection
• For consumers in other jurisdictions: Local mandatory consumer protection laws take precedence where they provide greater protection

ARBITRATION (Optional): The parties may mutually agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration instead of litigation. Such agreement must be made in writing after the dispute arises.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
